Our office is looking for an Accounts/ Administrator to assist with the day to day running of our recruitment business. This is a busy role involving payroll, administration and reception duties. A flexible attitude will be needed alongside good communication skills. We are a busy recruitment agency that has spanned 25 years based in Canada Water with a passion for service.
This is a mixed role for the right candidate – you will be creating reports for the Accounts department and assisting with the payroll duties on a weekly basis. Good attention to detail is a must as inputting data will need to be accurate. Administration duties will also be required for the office, assisting with newly registered candidates and inputting on to our software package.
A good telephone manner, excellent customer service skills are essential in this post. Accurate data input and problem solving abilities will be key. Full training will be given for the role. Social media knowledge will be a bonus!
Monday – Friday 8.45-5pm £9 per hr inc hol for this temp to perm role.
